WS Estate Services Limited

WS Estate Services Limited (WSES) opened for business in November 2017 as a trading subsidiary of Whiteinch & Scotstoun Housing Association Ltd.

We currently work solely for the Housing Association, delivering high quality services to the tenants and owner occupiers living in the Association's area of operation.

Our Board

Our Board is made up of the following 

Linda Stevenson (Director)   Linda is a local resident and serves on the Management Committee of the Housing Association.

Roslyn Carrigan (Director)   Roslyn is a local resident and serves on the Management Committee of the Housing Association.

Andrew Reid (Director & Secretary)  Andrew is a senior member of staff of the parent charity, Whiteinch & Scotstoun Housing Association .

Our Staff

The Staff Team is lead by Steven McLaughlin, Operations Manager.  Steven came to WSES from Cadder Housing Association where he had a proven track record of delivering estate management services.

Steven is supported by Estate Supervisors Graham Banks and Brian McPhee who have between them seven Estate Caretakers and one part-time MSF Caretaker (64 Curle Street).

Freedom of Information (FOI)

WS Property Management Ltd. is registered with the Office of the Information Commissioner solely on the basis of its governance (ie that it is a subsidiary of a Housing Association).  It's services in themselves are not covered by the legislation, although the contractual arrangement with the Housing Association is.  If you would like to make a Freedom of Information request, or a request under the Environmental Regulations please us the Contact Us form on this website.
